Blueprints for Learning has been caring for and teaching Spokane’s young children since 2002. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that funds and governs the Community Building Children’s Center. We are seeking new partnerships throughout the Spokane area to increase access to affordable high-quality early care and education.
At the Community Building Children’s Center we provide year-round, full-day early care and education for children aged 12 months through five years. Our program is inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy, which is child-centered and promotes self-guided, experiential learning.
More than ever, there is a need for high-quality affordable childcare services in the Spokane area. Prior to 2020 there was an inadequate supply of childcare services. In the last year, the supply has been further devastated and families have fewer choices for available care. Childcare Industry Assessment Fact Sheet
